1. Use of data
We process personal data to deliver training, respond to inquiries, operate the website, and improve our offerings. Uses include scheduling cohorts, sending logistical updates, analyzing aggregated site traffic, and maintaining security logs. We do not sell personal data. Decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are not automated in a way that bypasses human review for enrollment determinations.
2. Data collected
Depending on your interactions, we may collect name, work email, phone number, employer, job function, billing contact details for corporate arrangements, technical identifiers such as IP address and device type, and content you submit through forms. Virtual sessions may collect attendance metadata required to issue certificates. We minimize data to what is needed for each purpose and avoid sensitive categories unless you voluntarily provide them for a documented reason.
3. Third parties
We use infrastructure and communications providers to host content, deliver email, and facilitate webinars. Those processors access data only under contract and for defined purposes. If we integrate optional analytics after you opt in, the vendor may process pseudonymous usage data as described in the Cookie Policy. We do not allow third parties to use your data for their own marketing without explicit consent.
4. Retention
We retain enrollment records and communications for a period consistent with operational, accounting, and quality standards needs, typically spanning several years unless a shorter period is agreed. Marketing contacts are kept until you withdraw consent or we refresh lists. Logs with security relevance may be retained in line with incident response practices. When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data where feasible.
5. Your rights
Under Korean personal information protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing in permitted cases. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, understanding that withdrawal could limit services. To exercise rights, email hello@gridlinksys.one with enough detail for us to verify your request. You may lodge a complaint with the Korea Personal Information Protection Commission if concerns remain unresolved.
6. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Notice can be directed to hello@gridlinksys.one. Please include your relationship to us (prospective learner, enrolled participant, enterprise contact) so we route your request efficiently. We respond within a reasonable period dictated by law and practical complexity.
7. Scope
This notice applies to information processed through gridlinksys.one and related programs operated by AccessForge Academy. It does not govern third-party sites we link to; review their policies separately. If enterprise agreements add data protection terms, those terms supplement this notice for the contracted scope.
