1. Liability
AccessForge Academy provides training and educational materials on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, operational continuity, or goodwill, except where such exclusion is not permitted. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific offering giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, or KRW 200,000 if no payment applies. This section does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot be limited under applicable law.
2. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or a specific program if you materially breach these terms, misuse shared lab environments, harass staff or participants, or attempt to compromise our systems. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including limitations of liability, intellectual property, and governing law—remain in effect. If a cohort-based program is terminated for cause, refunds follow the Returns & Refunds policy rather than an automatic full waiver of fees.
3. User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep login credentials confidential, and use course materials only for personal or internal professional learning as permitted by your enrollment. You will not scrape the site, redistribute recordings without permission, or submit malware through forms. Enterprise clients remain responsible for ensuring their attendees comply with acceptable use rules communicated during onboarding.
4. Service description
The site describes instructor-led cohorts, self-paced modules, workshops, and related resources for identity and access management learning. Schedules, instructors, and lab platforms may change when we improve quality or respond to vendor updates. We describe pricing clearly where relevant; completing a form does not create a binding purchase until confirmed in writing by our admissions team.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site—text, layouts, videos, lab guides, and exercises—is owned by AccessForge Academy or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for your own learning during access windows. You may not resell, publicly repost, or create competing courseware from our assets. Open-source tools referenced in labs remain under their respective licenses.
6. Acceptance
By browsing the site, submitting forms, or enrolling in programs, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not submit personal data.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require a different venue. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve concerns informally before pursuing formal dispute channels.
