1. Eligibility
You may request a refund for paid enrollments if you meet the timeframe and conditions below. Corporate agreements may specify different terms; where a signed contract exists, it prevails for that engagement. Trial or complimentary seats are not eligible for fee refunds because no tuition was collected.
2. Timeframe
For self-paced offerings, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have not progressed beyond the first module checkpoint. For cohort programs, refund windows are stated in your confirmation email and typically close one week before the start date unless local consumer rules require otherwise.
3. Scope
Refunds cover tuition listed on your invoice. Expenses you incur separately—travel, software licenses you buy directly from vendors, or third-party exam fees—are outside our scope. Partial refunds may apply if you attended part of a program under a documented hardship arrangement agreed in writing.
4. Process
Email hello@gridlinksys.one with your full name, cohort or reference code, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds using the original payment path where possible. Card or payment-provider timelines may add additional days before value appears on statements.
5. Contact
Refund questions should include any corporate purchase order numbers and billing contacts. We may ask for verification to protect accounts from fraudulent requests. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, please notify us so we can supply documentation promptly.
6. Exceptions
We may deny refunds when academic integrity rules were violated, when downloadable materials were extensively accessed beyond the stated threshold, or when enterprise contracts waive cooling-off rights with explicit sign-off. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under Republic of Korea law.
